Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
2. This promotion is open to all persons holding a real-money account with bwin. A real-money player is one who has deposited funds into their account.
3. Players must: 
   • be over 18 years old;
   • have a gambling account open for at least 30 (thirty) days;
   • have submitted identification documents that has been verified;
   • not be included in any of players categories who are restricted from receiving promotions as established in Royal Decree 958/2020 of November 3rd;
   • have made a minimum of 1 (one) deposit in their bwin.es account; 
    
4. Spins rankings begin every day at 00:00 CET and end at 23:59 CET.
5. Please note, Spins Ultra count in these leaderboards, and have the same points system as the Normal Spins.
6. Leaderboard points are won using the following formula: (√buy-in/2 + √wins). Note that the buy-in does not take into account the fees. For example, in a €1 SPINS, the buy-in in the formula will be €0,93 (€1 - €0,07 of rake). Wins is what the player has won in a SPINS.
7. Please note that “√” is the symbol of the square root.
8. Only players finishing “in the money” will receive leaderboard points:
9. Only points earned between 00:00 and 23:59 will be counted in the ranking of a particular day.
10. Points are not transferable from a day to the next.
11. The 8 different leaderboards are based on the entry fee of the Spins played.
12. Players can view their position by clicking the Promotions tab in the software
13. Winnings are credited 24h after the end of the daily leaderboard.
14. A player can accumulate winnings by appearing in the rankings of several levels.
15. This is a fun promotion, and as such, we reserve the right to exclude any player who is acting in a manner contrary to the goodwill and spirit of this promotion.
16. We may place restrictions on your account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. We will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
17. We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate any promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any player whose conduct is in breach of the rules, contrary to the spirit of the rules, or the intention of the relevant promotion.
